Automa Code of Ethics and Conduct

At Automa, we believe that building a sustainable future starts with integrity and respect in every action. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct reflects the values that guide all our relationships — with employees, customers, partners and society. It brings together the principles that sustain our work: ethics, transparency, responsibility and commitment to the common good.

More than a document, this Code is a guide for our daily decisions, ensuring that every step Automa takes is aligned with the trust and excellence that define our history.

Purposes and principles of the Information Security Policy

To implement information security best practices, with the purpose of assigning responsibilities, defining rights, duties, expectations of access and use, and penalties, and of promoting an organisational culture of education in the protection of AUTOMA's data and information, as well as that of customers, suppliers and partners.

To establish the guidelines for the creation, transmission, processing, use, storage, retrieval and disposal of information, in order to preserve information according to the following principles:

  • Integrity: assurance that information is kept in its original state, accurate and complete;
  • Confidentiality: assurance that access to information is available only to authorised people, entities or processes;
  • Availability: assurance that authorised users obtain access to information and to the corresponding assets whenever necessary.

AUTOMA considers, in its information security policies, the continuous process in which risks are identified, analysed, assessed, treated and reduced to an acceptable level.
